At Casanova Restaurante we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this website or contact us, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why
We only process the data you provide voluntarily:
- Contact form: name, phone, email and the message you send us, in order to handle your enquiry or booking request.
- Direct contact: if you call or email us, we process the data you provide in order to reply to you.
- Newsletter (optional): if you tick the relevant box, your email so we can send you news from the restaurant. You can unsubscribe at any time.
No special categories of data are collected, and no automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give when submitting the form or contacting us, together with our interest in handling your request. Consent for the newsletter is separate and can be withdrawn.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you ask to unsubscribe.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. To provide the service we may rely on data processors acting on our instructions:
